LINCOLN COUNTY: Winter ATV and Snowmobile Trail Updates

1/2/2026

Lincoln County’s funded snowmobile trails (County Administrated Trails) in Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 will open at 5:00 pm on Friday, January 2 with the following exceptions:

● Corridor 19 from County Hwy E north to State Hwy 86 will remain closed.
● Trail F between intersections #56 and #57 will be closed for the season.

Zone 4 remains CLOSED at this time due to trees leaning over the trail following last week's snowstorm. Snowmobile clubs are working to clear these trails, with the anticipation they may be open next week.

Winter ATV trails will remain closed until 5:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2026. Please remember that all trails are closed to winter ATV use when the temperature is above 28°F. (As of 1/2/2025)
